BIBS fiber should not affect plastic hydronic heat tubing any more than fiberglass batts would.BIBS fiber is unbonded spun fiberglass and should be completely non-reacting.Though some type of foil type reflective material should be installed on the appropriate side to aid in radiant heating.

FOIL IS NOT EXPENSIVE AND WILL HELP THE RADIANT HEATING
